Howl Meow is a USA non-profit 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to supporting safe, efficient, and effective spay/neuter programs in the U.S. and Mexico. We are on a mission to end the overpopulation of unwanted dogs and cats on our planet. We want to put an end to euthanizing healthy, adoptable pets as a solution to this problem and reduce populations of feral and free-roaming dogs and cats through greater access to spay/neuter.
Our priority is to be a resource for the thousands of NGOs who are struggling for financial support to get pets fixed. Help us help them!
